Program Options

This program is our main season with a combination of Novice wrestlers up to Advanced. Includes ages 4-15 years of age. The objective of the program is to provide your child with a genuine wrestling experience that will improve their work ethic, confidence, courage, injury prevention, coachability,  mat awareness, and general wrestling skill. This program runs from October-February Click link above for more information and registration. 

The program will run as a combination of strength and conditioning, technical wrestling, drilling, mindset, and intensity.  The objective of the program is to take your skills you have obtained in Folkstyle to another level. This program will run from March - May. This training with have a combination of both Freestyle and Greco as the main focus with some Folk Style relation. This will be offered to advanced 1st-5th graders.

This program will run from March - May. This training with have a combination of both Freestyle and Greco as the main focus with some Folk Style relation.

Ethan will be continuing his education and wrestling career at Cornell College. Ethan has expressed great interest in Coaching as part of his long term goals. As a first step Ethan is providing 1 on 1 coaching.
